Terms of Sale

General Terms

• All sales are final — no cash refunds will be issued.
• A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your selected puppy and position in line.
• Remaining balance is due in full before delivery or pickup.
• Accepted payment methods: PayPal • Venmo • Cash App • Zelle
• Puppies are released only when age-appropriate, fully vetted, and healthy.

Delivery & Shipping

• Nationwide ground or flight nanny delivery available.
• All delivery/shipping costs and arrangements are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Puppies travel with health certificate, vaccination records, microchip, and starter pack.
• Buyer must be present to receive the puppy or arrange an approved representative.

Buyer Responsibilities

• Schedule a full veterinary exam within 72 hours of arrival and provide us a copy of the report.
• Provide lifelong proper care, nutrition, socialization, and routine veterinary visits.
• Follow recommended vaccination schedule until fully protected (16–20 weeks).
• Avoid high-risk public areas (dog parks, pet stores) until vaccinations are complete.
• Notify us immediately of any health or welfare concerns.

Failure to meet these responsibilities voids all health guarantees.

Registration & Breeding Rights

• Pet-quality puppies include limited AKC registration (no breeding rights).
• Full breeding rights available for approved homes at additional cost.
• All registered names must include “PuppysPur” prefix or suffix.
• We reserve the right to refuse sale to any buyer for any reason.

Additional Policies

• No guarantee on final adult size, coat type/length, ear set, bite alignment, or exact temperament (influenced by environment).
• We do not guarantee against treatable conditions (parasites, giardia, kennel cough, etc.).
• PuppysPur reserves the right to reclaim any puppy found in neglectful conditions.
• Placing a deposit indicates full acceptance of these terms.
